  • NProduct Development: Oversee the development of new medical technologies, products, and solutions. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Infrastructure: Manage the company’s technology infrastructure, including systems, networks, and cybersecurity. Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Research and Development: Drive research and development initiatives to explore emerging technologies, trends, and market opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product management, marketing, and sales, to align technical efforts with business goals. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality management systems in the development and deployment of medical technologies. Work closely with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to maintain compliance.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners. Negotiate contracts, oversee service agreements, and ensure vendor performance meets company standards.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the technical department budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and forecasting. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
