Create reports on revenue generation performance, appointment numbers, and overall rankings of BDEs, Managers, and Senior Managers using advanced Excel formulas.
Utilize data visualization tools such as Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and
PowerPoint to create visually compelling presentations for effective communication.
Evaluate model performance and refine methodologies as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to reporting manager
Work closely with business partners to implement data-driven solutions and monitor outcomes.
Monitor the daily activities of CRM Department
Overseeing the retrieval, cleaning, and presentation of relevant data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with sales team to qualify potential leads through performance discussions and selection of appropriate product offerings.
Maintain data bank efficient.
Make required changes in CRM to automize work flow.
