    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving online engagement, generating leads, and optimizing digital campaigns in the Edu Tech sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and drive traffic to digital platforms.
    • Plan and manage paid search, display advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing campaigns.
    • Create and manage engaging content for the company’s website, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
    • Optimize and manage the company’s website, ensuring best practices in SEO and UX to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
    • Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing channels using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the MedTech industry.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, CRM, and CRD) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and digital agencies.
    • Oversee budget allocation and optimize spending for maximum ROI across campaigns.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and the Edu-tech industry.

    SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and 3 years in a Managerial Position. preferably in the Edu tech experience.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
    • Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
    • Proficient in website management and optimization (CMS, HTML, WordPress, or similar).
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
