The CXO is responsible for end-to-end organizational execution and experience, ensuring that strategy translates into high-quality outcomes across learners, educators, institutions, and partners. This role oversees cross-functional leadership, drives operational excellence, and ensures alignment between vision, execution, and impact. 

The CXO acts as the execution anchor of the company, managing C-level leaders and senior teams while championing learner-centric, outcome-driven medical education.

SKILLS

Key Responsibilities 

Enterprise Leadership & Execution 

  • Own company-wide execution of strategic priorities and OKRs 
  • Manage and align the C-team and functional heads 
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and delivery 
  • Translate CEO and Board vision into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes 
  • Drive operational rigor, cadence, and decision-making across leadership 

Experience & Outcomes Ownership 

  • Own the end-to-end experience for learners, educators, institutions, and enterprise customers 
  • Ensure platforms deliver measurable learning outcomes, engagement, and adoption 
  • Champion learner-centric, educator-friendly, and institution-ready solutions 
  • Balance experience quality with scalability, efficiency, and business goals 

Product, Learning & Platform Alignment 

  • Partner closely with CTO and Product leadership to ensure execution excellence 
  • Align academic, clinical, and instructional design with platform capabilities 
  • Ensure learning journeys are intuitive, credible, and aligned with medical education standards 
  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, assessments, certifications, and renewals 

Performance, Metrics & Governance 

  • Define and track success metrics across experience, learning outcomes, retention, and revenue 
  • Establish governance models for delivery, prioritization, and risk management 
  • Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve them 
  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to CEO and Board 

Culture & Leadership Development 

  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative leadership culture 
  • Coach and develop senior leaders across functions 
  • Promote clarity of roles, decision rights, and ownership 
  • Reinforce values of excellence, learner impact, and execution discipline 

Required Qualifications 

  • 12+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles 
  • Proven track record of managing C-level leaders or large cross-functional teams 
  • Experience in EdTech, medical education, healthcare training, or digital platforms 
  • Strong execution, operational, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience scaling education or SaaS platforms from growth to maturity 
  • Familiarity with medical education ecosystems (UG/PG, CME/CPD, exam prep, institutional training) 
  • Exposure to regulated or credibility-driven domains (healthcare, life sciences) 
  • Board-level communication and governance experience
