StudyMEDIC Academy P Ltd (hereafter mentioned as StudyMEDIC or the COMPANY or WE), an award winning training provider for national and international premier medical courses; follows a set of very transparent refund policies which are clearly written below.
We understand that, sometimes things may go wrong from either side –from the students’ or from the company’s side. So, we do consider requests for refund on valid reasons. Under any circumstances, we keep cent percent transparency in all our policies.
Our refund policies clearly indicate the circumstances under which you can get the refund and which you cannot request. These policies also explain the circumstances in which you remain ineligible for a refund.
All applications for refunds shall be scrutinized by the Company which also holds absolute authority to approve or disapprove student’s requests for refunds. The company may initiate the refund if reasons are found valid and may reject if the reasons are not satisfactory. We have no hidden charges for refunds and under all circumstances; we strive hard to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers/ students.
Though our refund policies vary depending on the mode of subscription, our policies are applicable to each course, subscription of course products, and any other paid service we offer. Students can request a refund under the following circumstances.
Students can request a refund for the subscription amount under the following scenarios.
No refund requests shall be approved-
We may cancel or terminate your subscription if anyone else other than you is found accessing our services with your login credentials which we provided for your use. Our subscriptions are for SINGLE USE and only the SUBSCRIBER /STUDENT alone should access our products and courses.
Sharing the login credentials to other persons goes against our policy. We may cancel the access to our product or course to students who violate this rule. Under this circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Students should secure your account/subscription with proper authorization.
Any breach of our policies will result in termination of our service with no refund. Securing one’s account remains the prime responsibility of the student. He or she shall not share his login credentials to anyone else under any circumstances without the prior consent of the company.
How Do I Get Payment Back?
Once your request for refund is approved, the company will initiate the refund either to your bank, credit card or the original method of payment.Will I get the full amount in refund?
The bank charges will be deducted from the principal amount when we initiate the refunds. Tax fees are also non-refundable.How Can I Request a Refund?

The company provides you a refund in the same currency which was used by the student at the time of purchase. No requests for repayment in another currency will be accepted or approved.How long refunds take?
Once your request for refund is approved, the company will initiate the refund process on the same day or on the next working day. Refunds will normally take 30 to 45 working days, but may vary depending on your bank’s policy.What If I am not eligible?
Under such situations when the student is found ineligible for the exams either due to a failure by the student in submitting the required forms in time or due to any other reasons for which StudyMEDIC has no role to play, the company is not liable to pay any refunds. However, the company holds a special provision for them to join our next batches for the course they have already paid for. This special provision is applicable only if the student has not accessed any of our course library products or attended the classes.What if I postpone or reschedule my exam?
If you have decided to postpone or reschedule your exam, the company is not liable to make any repayment to you. However, the company holds a special provision for you to join our next batches only if the student has neither accessed our course library products nor attended our classes.
The discretion of approving or disapproving the refunds is solely entitled with the company. The company will scrutinize each request for refunds and will approve or reject only on valid reasons. We request you to carefully read the entire policy before you make the purchase, so as to avoid all sorts of future hassles.
