We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, results-focused, and passionate about scaling paid media campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising strategies across multiple digital channels to drive growth, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Display, Social Media, and Programmatic channels.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms to maximize performance.
• Monitor key metrics including CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other KPIs to track campaign effectiveness.
• Run and manage campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
• Identify and test new channels, targeting strategies, and creative formats to unlock growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams to align on campaign strategies and ensure messaging consistency.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
• Deep understanding of paid media platforms, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while hitting performance targets.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
