Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to help them achieve their targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Sales Operations and Process Improvement

  • Oversee sales operations and processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Implement sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales performance.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prior experience in CRM Software, MIS.
  • Good communication skill
