Abroad Job Market for Indian Doctors

Demand for Indian doctors working abroad is not at all low. Even with tensions in the medical recruitment, even the NHS has kept on actively recruiting IMGs for both training and non-training positions. The doctors who arrive at the Royal College level secure the posts that offer the highest pay and the quickest career progression.

Salaries for post-CCT consultants and specialty registrars in various medical specialties are typically in the range of £35,000 to £55,000 and go well above that at the consultant level.
